Only after the defenses’ answers will the first class of the Supreme Court meet to decide whether to accept or reject the complaint of PGR. If it is accepted, the accused become defendants.
“The deadlines will be simultaneous to all accused, including the employee, since only the defendants – a time made possible criminal action – have the right to submit final allegations after the manifestation of employees’ defenses,” says Moraes in the order.
