The minister of the (STF) toppled on Wednesday (19), the confidentiality of the Lieutenant Colonel’s denunciation, former assistant of orders of the former president (PL). The document had not yet been released in the court system until 11:05.
In the same order, the minister notified Bolsonaro and the other 33 reported for five crimes – attempted violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, coup, armed criminal organization, damage qualified by violence and serious threat, against the heritage of the Union, and with considerable damage to the victim, and deterioration of overturned assets.
If the Supreme Court accepts the complaint, they will become defendants in a criminal action. The complaint was filed on Tuesday night (18), by the Attorney General, Paulo Gonet. The accused will have 15 days to respond to the accusations made by PGR.
Bolsonaro lawyers state in a statement released on Tuesday that the complaint is based on Mauro Cid’s collaboration agreement, classified by the former president’s defense as “fantasy.” “President Jair Bolsonaro trusts in court and, therefore, believes that this complaint will not prevail for his precariousness, inconsistency and absence of true facts that support it before the judiciary,” says the defense note.
