The Attorney General’s Office (PGR) reported, on Tuesday (18), former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) for involvement in a coup plot pointed out by the Federal Police.
Bolsonaro is accused of armed criminal organization, attempted attempted violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law, coup, among other crimes, for attacks on the Brazilian electoral system and attempt to prevent the possession of President Lula (PT).
The complaint was filed by the Attorney General, Paulo Gonet ,. Now she will be appreciated by the rapporteur minister, Alexandre de Moraes, Supreme Federal Court (STF).
