The president of the United States, minimized Ukraine’s concern for being left out of negotiations between the US and Russia in Saudi Arabia about the end of the war in Ukraine on Tuesday and said he will not oppose Europeans if they want Send peacekeeping troops to Ukraine.

He said that Ukraine could have made a deal years ago and minimized Ukraine’s concern about having been left out of the meeting, saying that Ukrainians should have entered negotiations long earlier.

He also criticized the former president for his way of dealing with Ukraine. Biden had worked to ensure that Ukraine had the necessary weapons to try to combat the Russian invaders.
