This is a very simple recipe for a party snack or a light lunch. Cupcakes with cheese and ham are made quickly, and they come out fluffy and full of taste. They are prepared from easily available products, which are mostly always in the kitchen. If you don’t find a moment for baking in the morning, you can easily prepare them in the evening and pack them in the container. The next day they will still be fresh and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of smoked ham,
- 100 g of yellow cheese (e.g. gouda),
- 2 eggs,
- 140 ml of milk,
- 70 ml of sunflower oil,
- a teaspoon of dried basil,
- 250 g of flour,
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder,
- Salt, pepper (to taste).
Method of performance:
1) Prepare the form for 12 muffins. Put it with curlers.
2) Cut the ham into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a large grater.
3) Combine eggs, milk and oil in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or mixer.
4) Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Mix again – until a uniform dough is obtained.
5) Season the cakes to taste with salt and pepper. Add basil. You can also replace dried with fresh, chopped leaves (then add them around a handful).
6) Mix cheese and ham into the dough. Transfer them to curlers, filling them to 3/4 height.
7) Put on the muffins into the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for about 25 minutes (to a dry stick).
