The PRL was a period when there were no rarities in the stores that we will find in them today. So you had to deal with creating recipes based on maximally simple ingredients, and a small amount of them. And that’s what this is Chocolate block from the PRL. To do it, you need only a few ingredients, and the effect will simply melt in your mouth.
To make this provision, the following ingredients will be needed:
- 400 g of milk powder,
- 200 g of margarine or butter,
- 200 g cukru,
- 200 g of biscuits,
- 100 ml of water,
- 30 g kakao.
Divide the margarine into smaller pieces and put in a saucepan. Add water. Heat until it dissolves. Then add sugar and mix all the time. When it dissolves, pour in cocoa. Mix vigorously until the ingredients combine. Set aside to gently cool.
Pour cocoa and powder milk into the prepared mass. Stir until it gets smooth and uniform. It should be thick as sour cream.
Divide the biscuits into smaller pieces, they do not have to be even. Pour them into the chocolate mass and gently combine. You can do it with the help of a spoon, but preferably with your hands.
Transfer the mass to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover and put in the fridge for three hours.
After pulling out, cut into selected shapes, e.g. squares or triangles and serve immediately.
