The mayor, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB), gave a “scolding” in parliamentarians on Wednesday (19) after a fight between governors and opposition members in the plenary.
“This is not the garden of childhood, much less a place for spectacularization that denigrates (sic) the image of this house. I don’t accept this kind of behavior, ”said Hugo.
The deputy also said he is not a “loose president”.

“I asked the delegate Katarina, who is the third secretary of the table, to come to this presidency to preside over the work to prevent a PT deputy from PL Presidisse from, in the face of the environment we are living. But while the delegate was here, she was with all the authority of the presidency of the house to conduct the work. No one will disrespect a parliamentarian or any parliamentarian who is in the exercise of the presidency, ”said Motta.
The president also said that he will ask the Legislative Police Department to stop the entry of deputies who are not wearing a tie in the plenary and in commissions, as required by the house regiment.
“I’m warning from now on that this will be a maxim. The parliamentarian who is out of what the regiment governs, we will not allow him to remain in plenary, ”said Hugo.

During the session, Deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) climbed the podium to defend Bolsonaro. He was accompanied by other parliamentarians, who held signs with the phrases “Amnesty NOW” and “political persecution.”
Then PT leader in the House, Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ), climbed the podium accompanied by governors. They carried signs with the phrases “without amnesty” and “bolsonaro stuck”, but had the speech interrupted countless times by screams of the opposition.
