In the hearing, Moraes recalled Cid that omissions and contradictions were found by the Federal Police (PF) in investigations into the coup plot. The minister also warned that Lieutenant Colonel already had the PGR’s favorable opinion to return to prison by the omissions identified in the statements.
“This hearing was called as another attempt to allow the employee to provide true information. There is already the request of the Federal Police, there is already the favorable opinion of the Attorney General’s Office for the immediate decree of the return to the arrest of the employee, ”said Moraes.
