This ingredient will not only give the dish a somewhat exotic aftertaste, but also provide our body with healthy fats. Thanks to them, we will better absorb nutrients, and in addition they have antibacterial properties.

Curry rice also gives us many options in the kitchen. It harmonizes well with baked chicken, shrimp or grilled vegetables. We can also serve it as an independent dish, enriching it only with a handful of parsley or coriander.

Curry cooking is not complicated. It is a fast and simple recipe, thanks to which we will prepare a tasty and nutritious dinner in just a few moments. To do it, we will need:

  • 100 g of basmati rice,
  • 2 teaspoons of curry,
  • sun,
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

We start preparing the dish by rinsing rice under running water. We place it in a bowl and pour water several times, stirring. We repeat the action until the water becomes clear. Then boil water in a 3: 1 rice proportion in a pot.

We add rice to boiling water, season with salt and 2 teaspoons of curry, and also add a teaspoon of coconut oil. Mix the whole thoroughly. After boiling again, we reduce Fire and cook rice under cover for about 10 minutes. After this time, it should absorb all the water, but if this does not happen, we pour excess.
