Criticism of oral support restrictions in the Supreme gained strength after negative minister Alexandre de Moraes. Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo, Sica is a master and doctor in criminal law from the same institution. He was also a member of the National OAB Prerogatives Commission and president of AASP (Association of Lawyers) between 2015 and 2016.
