Ingredients:
- 300 g of tube pasta,
- 500 g of minced pork-of meat,

Sos:
- 500 ml of milk,
- 40 g butter 82%,
- 40 g of flour,
- 50 g of grated cheese,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- half a teaspoon of dried basil,
- Salt and pepper.
Method of performance:
Boil salted water in a large pot. Put the pasta and cook for 1-2 minutes shorter than served on the packaging (because it will still bake). Strain and pour cold water so that it does not stick.
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash and chop the mushrooms into slices, and grate the carrots on a thick grater. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and throw the onion, fry for 2 minutes. Add minced meat and fry, stirring occasionally. When it is almost ready, add mushrooms and carrots, fry together for 5 minutes.
Make a sauce now. Melt the butter on low heat in a saucepan. Add flour and mix intensively with a whisk for a minute until a bright roux forms. Gradually pour in milk, stirring constantly so that no lumps form. When the sauce begins to thicken, add garlic, basil, salt and pepper squeezed through Prague. Finally, pour in grated cheese and mix until completely dissolved, heating on low heat.
Now combine the ingredients. Prepare a deep heat -resistant dish. Put half a portion of pasta. Water half the sauce. Transfer all stuffing and the rest of the pasta. Pour the whole with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, rubbing it directly above the heat -resistant vessel.
Put the family casserole in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Choose up-down mode, do not cover the dish. Serve immediately after removing from the oven.
