Everybody likes to enjoy fried donuts. But only occasionally, because fried food is not the most healthy. But see how to prepare donuts without frying at home that you can eat all the time.
Fried donuts are sweet food that everyone loves. Unfortunately, you cannot afford their consumption too often, because your body gets a good charge of sugars and fats. Someone, however, invented absolutely perfect tactics, how to enjoy the donuts more often. And that you won’t fry them, but bake them. You will see that you will enjoy them exactly the same as the fried. But the main thing is that you can enjoy them several times, as they do not contain so many calories and unhealthy substances from the oil.

Roast donuts
First take a smaller bowl and pour 50 grams of fresh yeast into it. Add a teaspoon of sugar and sprinkle with a little smooth flour. Then pour the mixture with a little lukewarm milk and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Once you have mixed, put the bowl in a warm place for a quarter of an hour to make a sourdough. Meanwhile, you can warm up 375 milliliters of milk to make it lukewarm. It must not be hot.
Then take a smaller pot and put it on the plate. Dissolve 150 grams of butter on the middle flame. Then let it cool a little. Now take a large bowl to your hand. Sift 850 grams of plain flour, 170 grams of sugar and add a pinch of salt. As another, add the sourdough, pre -prepared lukewarm milk and melted butter. Finally, shake 1 egg into a bowl. Stir everything in a bowl. Make a flexible and smooth dough. You can tell you not sticking to your hands.
Perfect donuts without frying
Cover the finished dough with a cloth and let it rise until it has its volume. It takes approximately an hour. Once the dough is properly baked, roll it into a flour sprinkled. The dough should be about 1 centimeter thick. Then use the cutters to cut the wheels. Remove the baking tray, unload it with baking paper and insert the wheels on it gradually. Cover the cuts with a cloth again with a cloth and let them rise for a quarter of an hour. When the donuts rise, preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
After 15 minutes, put the baking tray with the donuts in the oven and bake them until golden for about 10 minutes. Then remove them, allow them to cool a little, and then fill them with jam or other filling of your choice. Finally, just sprinkle with icing sugar and you’re done.
