The product also contains other valuable nutrients, including B group vitamins, vitamin A, iron, zinc, copper, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iodine, manganese or selenium, natural antioxidants (phytitic acid, phytoestrogens). Thanks to this, wheat bran support the immune system, nervous system or bone health.

Regular consumption of wheat bran can also reduce blood cholesterol, reduce the risk of heart disease, hypertension or atherosclerosis. However, not everyone can often reach PO due to the gluten they contain. They must be avoided by allergy sufferers, people with celiac disease or sensitive bowel syndrome.

You should not overdo it with the amount of wheat bran. 1-3 teaspoons a day are enough, you can spread it into several meals. Remember that they fit best for breakfast, e.g. flooded with skyr, added to yogurt and muesli.
