Of the plans of FPÖ and ÖVP communicated in January, ÖVP and SPÖ do not move off: the educational leave is abolished. However, instead of the educational leave, a succession plan should occur that has stricter requirements and are budgeted for the 150 million euros, as was known on Thursday. For comparison: recently, the educational leave cost more than 500 million euros per year. Experts do not surprise that the educational leave in its current form is abolished. They recently assumed that the plans developed by FPÖ and ÖVP were no longer shaken: “The outcry was marginal,” says an industry expert.
