How do you check the maturity of the avocado in the store
Softened avocado can be avoided at home if we pay attention to the store in the store. It is not at all that you can do every fetus with your fingers. It is important to look at the stem.
If the area has a green tinge, it means that the avocado is still immature, while the yellowish color indicates that the fetus is ready to consume what is what you are looking for. How to soften the hard avocado?
There are cases where you do not buy mature avocado in the store – all have a green stain on the stem. There are two ways to soften it.
- In the first case, the fruit can be placed in a paper bag with apples or banana. The ripening process will then take 1 to 3 days.
- The second way, however, can be managed much faster. Simply wrap the avocado in aluminum foil and place it in an oven heated to 100 degrees Celsius for approximately 25 minutes. In the case of very hard fruits, this time is worth extending. Then remove the fruit from the oven and allow it to cool. After a while its structure will soften – the avocado will be ideal for preparing guacamole.

In addition to the avocado softening trick, it is worth knowing the best ways to keep it fresh. What are they? Unripe fruit is best stored at room temperature until it softens.
