In our column ‘Florian Scheuba’ in the editions of 11.4. and 13.6.24 we have Dr. Johannes Peterlik suspected that he had been involved in a spy activity in favor of Russia as a high civil servant of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and wanted to build a new secret service together with Egisto Ott in the Foreign Office of Karin Kneissl. After reading the files, we were able to convince ourselves that there is no factual substrate for these allegations. We cancel this by Dr. Peterlik expressly as an honorary claims as an untrue. ”
