President Donald Trump says the United States has already sent $ 350 billion to Ukraine and this corresponds to more 200 billion than sent by Europeans. But the Institute for the World Economy of the University of Kiel, Germany, through its tracking system, says the president of the United States is mistaken in the numbers.
According to the Institute’s IEW (IEW), Europeans have sent, over the past three years, more than 130 billion euros in aid, corresponding 62 me millions to military aid. Now, the same institute says the US has sent more military aid than Europe – 64 billion euros – but that in total Washington transferred 114 billion euros – almost 20 billion than Europeans.
