Haddad admits to present income reform after carnival

Finance Minister Fernando Haddad admitted that sending income tax reform (IR) to Congress can stay after the carnival. Speech occurred in an interview with journalists in São Paulo.

“Possibly not [será enviada]. We are a week from Carnival, ”he said.
