In an order on Wednesday (19), Moraes states that he ordered the platform on February 9 to take out the profile of the scholarship influencer and suspend the transfer of monetization values.
The magistrate states that on the 12th, however, lawyers constituted by the company in Brazil responded that they had no power to receive a subpoena regarding Rumble, since they were not legal representatives, and on the 17th resigned from the court term.
Moraes then states that Brazilian law states that foreign companies operating in Brazil must have representatives in national territory, which Rumble must arrange within 48 hours, “under penalty of immediate suspension of the company’s activities” in the country.
This Thursday (20), the CEO of Rumble, wrote a post in which he said he received a new determination from Moraes, but did not reveal the content.

The platforms claim that recent Moraes orders determining that Rumble is the account of Allan dos Santos and provides his user data violate the sovereignty of the American Constitution and the laws of the country.
