The Public Prosecution Service of Pernambuco denounced six men involved in the fights between Santa Cruz and Sport organized fans on February 1 in Recife, before play between the two teams for the Pernambuco Championship.
In total, 13 people were attended as a result of these conflicts at the Care Hospital, the city’s main emergency. Images of the fights spread throughout social networks and shocked by violence.
The complaint was filed by the 30th Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of the capital. The biggest focus of the clashes was in the Madalena neighborhood, in the West Zone of Recife. The names of the accused were not disclosed by the MP-PE.
One of the accused was accused of stopping instruments that may serve to practice violence; hold explosive artifact, without permission or in disagreement with legal or regulatory determination; keep, for personal consumption, drugs without permission or in disagreement with legal or regulatory determination; and criminal association practice.
Two others were accused for the crimes of promoting turmoil, practicing violence during the round trip of the event and participating in fans of fans; employ explosive artifact, without permission or in disagreement with legal or regulatory determination; by disobedience; and criminal association practice.
The fourth accused was denounced for the crimes of promoting turmoil, practicing violence during the round trip of the place of the event and participating in fans of fans; by disobedience; and criminal association practice.
The fifth target of the prosecution was denounced for the crimes of qualified damage against state heritage; for practicing violence during the round trip of the place of the event, and carrying the journey, on a day of sports event, an instrument that can serve to practice violence; by disobedience; and criminal association practice.

In one of the shared videos on fighting day, a man is beaten by a group of men, some of them with Santa Cruz shirts. He is then dragged by a street and has his clothes torn away, amid aggressions with punches, kicks and stabbing.
Until, the victim suffers sexual violence by several men who use objects similar to iron bars while still beaten in the head.
The Court of Justice of Pernambuco decreed that 13 people arrested in the act during the fight had their arrests converted to preventive on Monday (3). The decision was made during custody hearings held in Recife, Olinda and Jaboatão.
The president of the Sport Youth Cheerleader, João Victor Soares, is still hospitalized in a hospital in Pernambuco. Initially, he received care at the Restoration Hospital, but was transferred. Its state of health and new location are not being available for security, according to the Civil Police.
According to the Military Police, Soares remains in custody and with the pre -trial detention decreed, to be complied with as soon as he is discharged.
According to lawyer Rômulo da Silva Brito, representative of Soares, the man had injuries in the anus region, took more than one hundred points in the head and fractured two radio bones, but has already had surgery and is having an “extraordinary” recovery.
According to Brito, João Victor is unable to identify his aggressors. He is the one who appears unconscious in recordings of the fight.
“He really doesn’t recognize anyone, because the attackers had a cloth on the head. It was no confusion, no fusion. The name of this is lynching,” the lawyer told Sheet On February 13th.
