There are desserts that are perfect for really unique occasions. Undoubtedly, this very chocolate cheesecake belongs to them – its preparation is not difficult, and the effect simply impresses. Every bite of a sweet leaven is a chocolate feast, ideal for lovers of this type of sweetness.
To make this recipe, the following ingredients are needed:
Bottom:
- 200 g of biscuits,
- 15 g kakao,
- 100 g of butter.
Cake:
- 650 g cream cheese,
- 85 g milk chocolate,
- 120 g cukru,
- 150 ml of cream 30%,
- 3 eggs,
- A bit of vanilla extract.
Decoration:
- 330 g cream 30%,
- 60 g of fine sugar,
- 30 g kakao,
- a bit of vanilla extract,
- 100 g milk chocolate.
Crush biscuits. Combine with cocoa. Dissolve the butter separately. Combine all ingredients so that the consistency of wet sand is formed. Put the cookie bottom into a cake tin lined with baking paper with a diameter of about 18 cm. Put in the fridge.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Set aside to cool.
Mix the cream cheese at high speed with sugar. Add melted chocolate and mix. Add the eggs gradually, mixing all the time. Pour vanilla extract and cream. Mix only to combine the ingredients.
Pour the dough onto the prepared bottom.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes. Cool the sweet leaven with the door ajar.
When the cake cools down, prepare the decoration. Cream, small sugar, cocoa and vanilla extract gently stir in a bowl. Start mixing at low speed, gradually moving to the highest. Whip the foam until it gets stiff and fluffy.
Grate milk chocolate over the dough. Then put the chocolate whipped cream into the confectionery sleeve. Squeeze on the edges to make a decoration.
