On the second March, the tenth series of the Let’s Dance show will begin and all performers train hardto show the first dances to the jury and the whole of Slovakia. There is also a former cycling star among the contestants Peter Sagan (35), whose partner will be last year’s winner Eliška Lenčešová. However, for the triple world champion, he admitted, that preparation is more demanding than expected.
“At the first workout, I was overwhelmed by everything, because it was completely Mismaš from all the steps we learned. I say this will not work. This is probably not for me. But these are such concerns. I am ready for stage fright and also for the crisis. I will certainly have a crisis during the training and throughout the events. I think stage fright that I will be very big, even though I have actually raced live all my life. But this is something else, ” Sagan said.
“If I had to practice a dance and I have three months or a month or two, I will say that okay, that’s enough time. But now I learn a few steps or some foundation and then later, as higher and higher, two dances per week will have to be fine -tuned, so it doesn’t work in my head as it happens. We’ll probably train at night, ” He said a native of Žilina and added that after two hours he was so domotated that he no longer knows what he knew.
“It is also important to work on yourself, and it is also important to relax and regenerate that the mind also rest. I feel I load my head as much as the body. From the movements where I also involve small muscles, I have literally broken legs. I didn’t even hurt my calves on my bike, ” ended.
The world -famous athlete admitted that he did not receive the offer in the dance show for the first time, but only now, after the end of his active career, he decided to accept this challenge. Even though it is definitely not one of the experienced dancers, he is ready to cope with the new adventure.
