The swan is a delicate as fluff with a snow -white vanilla cream. It combines simplicity and finesse. It tastes perfect with a cup of black coffee, because it is rather sweet. Its preparation does not require experience in confectionery – Just bake a light and fluffy sponge cake, and then put it on with a velvet mass based on mascarpone and cream cream. The intense aroma of vanilla and proper soaking with strong alcohol give the dessert more taste and make it even suitable for solemn parties.
Ingredients:
Ingredients for sponge cake:
- 6 eggs,
- 80 g cukru,
- 80 g of cake flour,
- 20 g of potato flour,
- a tablespoon of vanilla sugar,
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder.
Ingredients for punch:
- 80 ml of water,
- a spoon of lemon juice,
- a spoon of strong alcohol (rum, vodka),
- A teaspoon of brown sugar.
Cream ingredients:
- 250 g Serka Mascarpone,
- 200 g of cream cream 30%,
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
- A teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Method of performance:
Prepare a sponge cake. Separate the protein from the yolks. Beat the proteins to a stiff foam. At the end of whipping, gradually add sugar, and then – one yolk. Sift both flour and baking powder to the egg mass. Mix gently with a spatula to combine the ingredients.
Heat the oven to 175 ° C. Line the bottom of the mold with dimensions of 24×28 cm with baking paper. Pour the cake into the mold. Insert to the middle level of the oven. Bake for about 30-35 minutes (to a dry stick). Cool the sponge cake on a grid.
Combine all ingredients to the punch. When the sponge cake cools down, cut it into two countertops. Soak with a punch.
Prepare the cream. Combine the cream (heavily chilled) with mascarpone cheese (also chilled) and powdered sugar. Mix to a thick cream. At the end of mixing, add vanilla extract.
Transfer half the biscuit top cream. Spread the other half on top. Decorate the dough as desired.
