'Killer Toy' who tried to kill his mother and executed other people have a sentence maintained by TJAC

The Criminal Chamber of the Acre Court of Justice (TJAC) rejected the appeal of Patrick Lima de Oliveira, known as the “killer toy”, and upheld his conviction over 75 years in prison. Appointed as a high dangerous criminal, Patrick was convicted of homicides, attempted murder, theft and corruption of minors. He will continue to serve the Rio Branco Penitentiary Complex.

Patrick’s defense claim alleged alleged irregularities in the process and sought to reduce the sentence, but the TJAC judges unanimously denied the appeal, maintaining the original sentence.

Among the crimes for which he was convicted is the execution of adolescent Jorge Luiz de Souza Lino, 15, as well as attempted murder against the young man’s mother. The crime occurred in the Belo Jardim neighborhood and resulted in a penalty of 42 years in prison for Patrick.

He was also convicted of the murder of Dejesus de Souza Farias, shot dead inside an apartment in the Jardim Eldorado neighborhood, on May 19, 2023. At the time, an armed group broke into the property, shot Dejesus, who was lying in a Network, and also shot your mate. Before leaving, the criminals stole from the victims and took Dejesus’s ear as proof of the murder.

Investigations from the Homicide and Personnel Protection Police Station (DHPP) led to the arrest of Patrick Lima de Oliveira, Maicon Thallys Andrade dos Santos and Jonas Pereira Neves Filho. The trio was denounced by the Public Prosecution Service and tried by the Jury Court in 2023. Patrick received a penalty of 33 years, 1 month and 15 days, while Jonas was sentenced to 45 years and Thallys for 39 years.

With the sum of the convictions, Patrick Lima de Oliveira will fulfill more than 75 years in prison.
