Sometimes there is a lack of desire to prepare complex desserts, even if they made the most impression on guests. Mrs. Nowak’s cake is a very simple, but still delicious, version of the popular. It uses similar ingredients, so it tastes almost identical. In this edition, we combine a soft cocoa sponge cake, pudding mass and kajmak combined with nuts. A perfect, sweet baking comes out.

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 6 eggs,
  • 150 g cukru,
  • 160 g of wheat flour,
  • 40 g of potato flour,
  • 20 g kakao,
  • a teaspoon of baking powder,
  • A pinch of salt.

Time:

  • 2 vanilla puddings,
  • 700 ml of milk,
  • 200 g of butter,
  • 20 g of powdered sugar,
  • 50 g of peanut butter.

To be translated:

  • can of fudge mass,
  • 100 g of nuts (e.g. salted earth).

Method of performance:

At the beginning make a cake. Proteins separate from the yolks and beat with a little salt. When the foam becomes white and slightly fluffy, start gradually adding sugar, mixing all the time. Then add one egg yolk, mixing at low speed until the combination of ingredients.

In a separate bowl, combine wheat flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix gently with the help of a spatula to the prepared mass. Put the ready dough into a 24 × 24 cm mold lined with baking paper. Put in a preheated oven to 170 degrees Celsius and bake for about 35-40 minutes, To the so -called dry stick. Pull out the sponge cake and leave to cool completely.

Prepare the cream. Dissolve the pudding powder in a glass of cold milk. Boil the remaining milk in a small pot. Pour the prepared mixture and mix vigorously so that there are no lumps. Reduce fire to a minimum. When it thickens, set aside to cool completely.

Model at high speed with a mixer. When it gets fluffy and light mass, add sugar. Mix for a while. Gradually add cooled pudding, mixing all the time. Finally, add peanut butter and combine the ingredients briefly.

Mix the can of kajmaka mass with nuts. If it is too thick, heat it for a while in a water bath.

Now fold the cake Mrs. Nowak. The sponge cake cut lengthwise into two countertops, preferably with a sharp knife or a special dough knife. Put half of the pudding cream on the bottom. Put half the fudge mass with nuts. Spread the cream again. Cover the whole with the remaining chocolate sponge cake. Spread the fudge with nuts.
