This is what the first television projections say in Germany. The CDU conservatives earned the legislatures with a large advantage, but AFD, the far right party, achieved a record result.
The first projections give CDU victory in Germany’s legislatures. According to the early projections of local televisions, conservatives obtained 29%.
Secondly, AFD comes, the far right party, which had a record vote (19.5%). Then comes the Democratic Socials of the SPD (16%) and Die Linke, from the left (8.5%).
Advance legislative elections are held this Sunday, after the fall of the coalition government led by the social democrat Olaf Scholz. The migrations, economic recession and the rise of the far right dominated the debates.
