It is a political mistake that Prime Minister Robert Fico (Smer-SD) did not meet the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO) Mark Ruttem during his visit to Slovakia this week and went to the United States of America. This was stated by the opposition MP and chairman of SaS Branislav Gröhling (SaS) on the Sunday discussion program JOJ 24, Politics 24.

Fico’s participation in the conference of a Conservative Political Action (CPAC) in Washington described Gröhling as “smiley”. “For me it was smiley and a bit sad, when the crowned socialist Robert Fico, the crowned socialist of Central Europe, goes to a conservative summit, where the main line is also the fight against socialism,” noted. Gröhling also stunned that, in addition to President Petr Pellegrini, Rutte, in his words, met.

Liberal chief Fico repeatedly called on to do politics for Slovakia. “Let Robert Fico deal with Slovakia, let the life that people lead here, let him do not make a travel agency (…),” he said.

In connection with the domestic policy Gröhling recalled that he could not imagine cooperation with SaS with voice-SD. He declared that it was the opinion of the Party and its members. He also wants SaS to be a strong partner for Progressive Slovakia and KDH. He also pointed out that on the SaS initiative, the right -wing block, he wants to connect the right, right -wing leaders, and those former who brought Slovakia to the European Union and NATO.
