Plane is being escorted by two fighters on the way to Rome

An American airline plane that made the connection between New York and Nova Delhi was forced to diverge to the Rome airport after a warning was alert to a bomb threat on board.

The flight concerned, the AA292, is being escorted by two fighters to Fiumicino Airport, the main Italian capital.

According to the Ansa agency, the authorities are waiting on the track for a survey as soon as everyone lands from Boeing 787.

According to the Flight Aware website, the plane returned back when the Caspian sea was passing near Azerbaijan.
