The CEO of the Rumble Video Platform, wrote on Thursday (20) a post in which he said he received “another illegal and confidential order” from the Minister of (Supreme Federal Court), which was marked in the publication.
“Hi. We received another illegal and confidential order last night [quarta-feira, 19]demanding our fulfillment until tomorrow night. You have no authority about Rumble here in the US, unless you pass the United States government. I repeat – we see each other in court, “says the publication, made in Portuguese and English.
Shortly thereafter, Pavlovski wrote post directed “to the Brazilian people”.
“I may not be Brazilian, but I promise that no one will fight for their rights to freedom of expression than me. I will fight to the end, tirelessly without ever retreating,” he said.

The platforms claim that recent orders of Moraes determine that Rumble closes the account of the scholarship influencer Allan dos Santos and provides his user data violates the sovereignty of the country and the country’s laws. Moraes’ orders were issued confidentially and prohibit that Rumble disseminates its content.
On Wednesday (19), Pavlovski wrote on social networks that Rumble will not fulfill what he called the “illegal orders” of Moraes.

With the return of the platform to Brazil, Moraes issued new offices amid a process in which the minister determines that Rumble permanently end the account of Allan dos Santos and prevent the creation of new profiles.
The action indicates that if Moraes decides to adopt against Rumble Rumble similar to what he applied to the X (former Twitter), the conflict tends to have political reverberations.
Also, Trump’s media lawyers argue that any attempt to restrict Rumble’s operations in Brazil would also hurt Trump Media and Technology Group Corp. (Trump Media), owner of the Truth Social platform.
Rumble provides cloud services that support Truth Social, and any blockade imposed on the platform could destabilize Trump’s company, giving it a legal basis to contest Moraes’s decisions.
Two days after Rumble returned to Brazil, the White House announced the creation of the government’s official channel on the platform.
