This is one of those recipes that make us feel spring. It is definitely time to prepare a variety of salads – they are ideally suited to work, or simply as a delicious and healthy dinner. Salad with celery It is definitely worth trying. You will make it quickly and the effect will be delicious.
You need to prepare this salad:
- Several stalks of celery,
- 1 Ice or Roman lettuce,
- 1 avocado,
- 2 pears,
- 1 tablespoon of linseed,
- a handful of walnuts,
- several coriander leaves (optional).
Sos:
- 3 tablespoons of linseed oil,
- half a teaspoon of sugar,
- half a teaspoon of mustard,
- half a lemon juice,
- Salt and pepper.
Dip Roman lettuce or ice cream in cold water for a while. It will then be more crunchy. Divide your hands into smaller pieces and transfer to a bowl. Cut the celery into thin slices and add to lettuce. Peel and cut the pears. With avocado, pull out the stone and with the help of a spoon hubs the pulp. Chop into smaller pieces. Add to a bowl.
Prepare the sauce. Mix linseed oil with sugar, mustard, lemon, salt and pepper. Pour all the ingredients and mix.
Linseed roast on medium heat in a pan for about 5 minutes. Finely chop the walnuts. Sprinkle the entire salad with celery. Optionally, you can also decorate the plate with coriander leaves.
