Celso Vilardi presented the reasons for petitions he will enter; represents the former president in the process that investigates the 2022 coup attempt
The president of the Supreme Court (STF), Roberto Barroso, met on Monday (24.FEV.2025) with the former president’s lawyer (PL), Celso Vilardi. According to the court, the hearing took place in the presidential office and lasted about 20 minutes. In the conversation, Vilardi presented which petitions intend to join the court, which Barroso said he will analyze. The meeting is almost a week after the PGR (Attorney General’s Office) Bolsonaro in the process investigating an attempt to coup in 2022. Vilardi represents the former chief executive in the case.
