The artist, who had early preeclampsia during pregnancy, explained that she did everything to save the baby, but arrived at a time when she no longer had control of the situation.
“I didn’t understand right [o que é pré-eclâmpsia]but I knew it wasn’t good […] There will be no day in my life that I will not cry, is the feeling I have, ”said in an interview with Fantástico.
“The liver began to go bankrupt, so I had nowhere to go, neither for me nor for her. She was born with kidneys, liver, pressure, committed, ”he explained.
“I had nothing else to do .. I’m living my pain and she’s big. I need to join my shards, get back to my work […] In life we do not have control over tomorrow, but good things will happen, ”concluded the artist to the show.
Lexa had one during pregnancy, a condition characterized by increased blood pressure.
In addition, the singer was also diagnosed with HELLP SYNDROMEa severe form of preeclampsia that can cause liver damage and destroy blood cells, requiring urgent medical intervention.
On Saturday (22), Lexa celebrated her 30th anniversary and paid tribute to her daughter on social networks.
“Amid tears, I come to thank all the messages of love. Today, the 22nd, it is my 30th birthday… Wow, I have lived many things here and I come to praise God for the most important opportunity: having known the greatest love of my life, my daughter Sofia, ”wrote the singer.
