The current President of the Republic, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT), appears technically tied with former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) and the governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans), in any second round scenarios of A presidential dispute, according to a CNT/MDA survey, released on Tuesday (25).
The survey listened to 2,002 interviewed between February 19th and 23rd. The margin of error is 2.2 percentage points, more or less, and the confidence level is 95%.
In the first proposed scenario, Bolsonaro appears in the front of the front, with 43.4% of voting intentions, while Lula has 41.6%.
Although it was considered in the survey, the former president is ineligible for eight years, by decision of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
In the second scenario, Lula appears with 41.2%, while Tarcisio de Freitas has 40.7%.
