Entities that represent the country’s courts of accounts install on Tuesday (25) a working group to monitor the implementation of the new National Plan of (PNE).
The objective is to promote analyzes and studies of actions and supervision regarding compliance with the plan, which defines the guidelines for education over the next ten years.
The WG gathers entities such as Atricon (Association of Members of the Courts of Auditors of Brazil), Federal Court of Auditors (), Rui Barbosa Institute (IRB), National Council of Presidents of the Courts of Auditors (CNPTC), Brazilian Association of Courts of Municipal Accounts (Abracom) and National Association of Ministers and Substitute Counselors of the Courts of Auditors (Audicon).
According to these entities, most of the goals of the current PNE, which was extended to 2025, was not met. In addition, the law does not provide for the responsibility of public agents responsible for this situation.
The idea with the WG is that the plan is not only seen as a kind of “letter of intent.”
