Mar Shopping Algarve continues the ‘Employment 360º’ project, whose 4th edition runs on March 7, reaffirming the commitment to the local community and the promotion of social inclusion. This initiative is not only aimed at creating opportunities for professional evolution, but also providing support in various essential areas, such as training, health and well-being, networking and direct contact with companies from different sectors.
The event, with free participation upon registration, will be attended by Ikea, Shopping Algarve and designer Outlet Algarve, as well as companies in the Tourism, Technology, Health and Construction sectors. The expansion of designer Outlet Algarve will also bring new job opportunities, with the opening of stores and the consequent creation of jobs in the region.
With a strong component of social inclusion, ‘360º Employment’ offers programs and activities that aim to enhance the qualification and well-being of participants. In partnership with educational institutions and public organizations in social and formative areas, candidates will have access to specialized support for preparation for the job market, including services such as professional make -up and curriculum photography, in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
For Ana Antunes, director of Mar Shopping Algarve, “The ‘360º Employment’ represents a concrete bet on the transformation of the communities where we operate. Meeting Place’s commitment to local communities is stronger than ever, providing the tools needed so that everyone can evolve professionally and achieve their potential. ”
In promoting this initiative, Mar Shopping Algarve reinforces its mission of contributing to the sustainable growth of communities, boosting the formation, inclusion and equal opportunities. The 4th edition of ‘Employment 360º’ demonstrates Meeting Place’s commitment to innovation and employability, providing a dynamic environment to connect companies and talents, ensuring a positive impact on the job market.
