Igor Melo, fan and journalist owner of the “Informa Botafogo” channel, was shot by a retired police officer in Rio de Janeiro, on Monday (24), around 1 am, and underwent surgery.
The episode took place in Penha, north of the capital of Rio de Janeiro, after the work of Igor Melo as a waiter. He was shot during his return home at night.
