The deadline for validating IRS invoices ends this Tuesday. However, throughout this Monday “technical reasons” have hindered access to the E-Factment portal.
Access to the portal was, this Monday, unavailable For several periods, when the deadline is approaching the deadline for taxpayers to validate the invoices for IRS purposes.
The deadline for validation ends this Tuesday, being this relevant ‘task’, especially for cases where the invoices are pending (because the taxpayer passes green receipts or because, for example, who issues the invoice has more than A Registration of Activity – CAE) or when there were failures in communicating the invoice to the Finance Portal by the emitters.
But it seems to be doing the same and the Portal could not stand.
“For technical reasons it is not possible to respond to your request. Please try later ”was the message that many taxpayers were receiving throughout the day, how much they tried to access e-start on the Finance Portal.
Lusa questioned the Ministry of Finance about the reason for these technical difficulties, but has not yet received an answer.
The difficulty in access happens on the eve of terminating the deadline for taxpayers to validate the expenses made over 2024 and which are fundamental for the determination of deductions to the IRS.
