Malaysia Airlines aircraft searches disappeared in 2014

Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 disappeared from the radars on March 8, 2014 with 239 people on board. Made the connection between Kuala Lumpur and Beijing.

Malaysian Transport Minister Anthony Loke announced on Tuesday that Ocean Infinity Maritime Exploration Company resumed the search for the searches missing in 2014.

The minister praised “Ocean Infinity’s will of mobilizing ships” to resume the searches of Boeing 777 that disappeared from the radars on March 8, 2014 with 239 people on board, including 153 Chinese citizens.

The device made the connection between Kuala Lumpur and Beijing.

Loke did not specify the date on which searches or the duration of the operation were resumed.

According to the minister, the time of the operation has not yet been negotiated with the company based in the United States.

The Malaysian government announced at the end of December 2024 that it had approved the launch of a new search for the plane that disappeared 10 years ago.

On December 13 last year, the government accepted Ocean Infinity’s proposal to continue investigations in a new area estimated at 15,000 square kilometers in the southern Indian Ocean.
