There is nothing like aromatic oriental pasta – like straight from the bar from “Chinese”. Many people like to eat a cheap dish, at least from time to time. However, you do not need to order it from the restaurant – this recipe is really simple and you can easily prepare it at home.
You need to prepare this recipe:
- 200 g of rice pasta,
- 2 eggs,
- 15 g of dried shiitake mushrooms,
- 150 g of natural tofu,
- 1 onion,
- 1 red pepper,
- a piece of hot chili pepper (to taste),
- a small bunch of chives,
- 80 g of mung bean sprouts,
- 2 tablespoons of white sesame,
- about 4 tablespoons of rice oil,
- Salt (to taste).
Ingredients for sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of fish sauce,
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice,
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar,
- 2 tablespoons of water,
- 1 teaspoon tamarind paste,
- 2 teaspoons of spicy shirracha sauce.
Soak the Shiitake mushrooms – pour water and set aside for a few hours (preferably overnight). Put the rice pasta in the pot, pour hot water and set aside for a quarter to soak. Cut the tofu into quite large cubes, and the soaked and strained Shiitake mushrooms – striped. Peel the onion and cut into feathers. Wash the peppers and remove the seed nest from it. Cut the pulp into strips. Finely chop chili and chives. Pour the marinade from mung bean sprouts. Heat a deep pan with a thick bottom (or wok). Before you pour oil, roast sesame seeds and remove from the pan.
Pour some oil into the pan and fry the tofu in a golden color. Remove from the pan. Add some oil to the pan and fry the vegetables (onions and both peppers) with shiitake mushrooms. Fry for about 4 minutes, stirring from time to time. Season with salt at the end. Remove from the pan.
Pick up the eggs into the bowl and beat with a fork. Add some oil to the pan. Fry the strained pasta on it, and after a while pour the eggs. Fry for about a minute. Transfer all fried ingredients to the pan (except sesame). Mix Combine all the ingredients to the sauce. Pour into the pan and mix with pasta and vegetables. Fry for a while, stirring constantly. Finally, add mung beans, chives and sesame.
