I am actually constantly under any stress, it is often uncomfortable with me. Only I have apparently forgotten in recent years to relax – my thoughts are constantly circle around the next steps and to do’s, what could go wrong and where I have to counteract. To relax, it is often advisable to hear relaxation music, ignite a scented candle and take a relaxation pool – even when I think about it, I get even more unessive. Can you learn to relax again?
