Santiago de Chile – in large parts of Chile the electricity failed on Tuesday. The government imposed the state of emergency and a curfew from 10 p.m. to six o’clock (local time). The large -scale blackout was caused by the failure of a broadcasting management in the north of the country, said Interior Minister Carolina Toha. She ruled out a cyber attack as the cause.
