  • 160 g of wheat flour,

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder,
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract,
  • 1 pinch of salt.

Filling ingredients:

  • 600 g cream of cream 36 percent,
  • 50 g of dark chocolate 60 percent,
  • 2 teaspoons of gelatin,
  • 2 tablespoons of water,
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Prepare the cake. Grate the butter with sugar to a light and fluffy mass. Add one egg, stirring well after each of them, and finally pour in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet in batches, stirring at low speed until combined. Finely chop the chocolate and mix it with a dough spatula. Pour the dough into a round form with a diameter of 24 cm lined with baking paper. Bake them for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, to a dry stick. Remove and leave to cool completely.

Prepare the filling. Mix the gelatin with water and leave to swell for a few minutes. Then heat it in the microwave, mix and set aside to cool. In a bowl, beat the cream with vanilla extract into a fluffy foam. Pour the cool gelatin and continue whipping to obtain rigid peaks. Finely chop the chocolate and mix it gently into the cream.

Fold the dough. From the baked bottom, hollow a circle with a diameter of about 20 cm in the middle, leaving about 1 cm of dough at the bottom. Spread a thin layer of cream. Peel the bananas and cut them in half and then into smaller pieces. Place them evenly in the resulting hole. Apply the remaining cream to bananas, creating a dome from it.
