Put the broth portion in a large pot, pour it with water so that the chicken is entirely under the water surface. Set the pot on the stove, cook the decoction for the soup. While cooking, collect from the surface of the scum. You have to make sure that the scum does not boil.
Peel the vegetables. Cut the carrots and parsley into posts, potatoes into cubes. Chop the onion finely.
Add parsley and carrots to the meat broth without scum. Cook the soup for about 15 minutes. After this time, add diced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
