If you like pancakes, you will certainly like this recipe. The unique casserole melts in the mouth. Its performance is quite time consuming, but we assure you that the effect will be delightful.

You need to prepare this recipe:

Pancakes:

  • 160 g of wheat flour,
  • 250 ml of milk,
  • 150 ml of sparkling water,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 3 tablespoons of liquid butter,
  • A pinch of salt.

Stuffing:

  • 1 onion,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 500 g of minced meat (beef),
  • 250 ml of meat broth,
  • 250 ml of tomato passage,
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper,
  • ½ teaspoon of hot peppers,
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano,
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil,
  • salt, pepper (to taste),
  • 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil.

Says:

  • 2o g flour,
  • 20 g of butter,
  • 250 ml of milk,
  • 1 yolk,
  • a pinch of nutmeg,
  • salt (to taste),
  • 150 g mozzarelli,
  • 4 tablespoons of fresh, chopped herbs (dill, parsley).

Pour the milk and sparkling water into the bowl. Add eggs and mix (with a mixer or whisk). Sift flour into the bowl. Add salt. Mix to combine the ingredients – so that there are no lumps in the dough. Finally, mix in not cooled butter.

Heat a pancake pan (on a medium power burner). Pour a portion of the dough on it (incomplete vase spoon). Spread the dough vigorously over the entire surface of the pan, turning it sideways. Fry the pancake until it begins to leave the pan (about a minute). Turn over to the other side and fry for about half a minute. Fry 8 pancakes in this way.

Peel and chop the onion finely. Squeeze the peeled garlic through the Prague. Heat in a deep pan (on a medium power burner) oil. Fry the onion on it. At the end of frying, add garlic to the pan.

Transfer minced meat to the pan. Increase the power of the burner slightly. Fry the meat for a few minutes, stirring constantly the contents of the pan. At the end of frying, season the meat with both peppers and salt. Pour the broth into the pan. Stew meat under cover for 20 minutes.

Add basil, oregano and passata to the pan. Mix Simmer the sauce for about 20 minutes (it is to evaporate all the liquid from the sauce), stirring from time to time. Season with salt and pepper at the end. In the meantime, prepare a roux of butter and flour in a saucepan. Gradually pour cold milk into it, stirring constantly. Cook slowly until it thickens. Season it with nutmeg and salt. Cool Mix with yolk.

Prepare 4 small, round heat -resistant vessels (each for one serving of the dish). Heat the oven to 180 ° C.

He will fill the pancakes with meat stuffing, rolling them into rolls. Cut the pieces on the same length (about 4-5 cm). Fill the heat -resistant vessels with pancakes, laying pieces on the edge. Sprinkle each portion with fresh herbs and pour with béchamel sauce. Put all portions of the pancake casserole into the oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle each portion of the casserole grated on a large mozzarella grater. Bake for another 5 minutes.
