He listed three types of crime, which he classified as “worrying.” They are: common crime, organized crime and institutionalized crime.

“Education remains a Brazilian problem and that is what delayed us in history,” he said.

“There is no way for Brazil to become truly developed without an elevation of public ethics and private ethics in the country,” he added.
