Francisco has suffered several health problems in the last two years. He is prone to pulmonary infections because he developed pleurisia when he was an adult young and had part of a removed lung.
Francisco has worked occasionally in the hospital, as Vatican’s business remains at a rapid pace during his illness. The Vatican announced several new nominations on Tuesday that would need the Pope’s approval.
