Chris Pavlovski’s message to the STF minister is after the US court decision invalidates Moraes’ determinations

The Platform CEO , used his profile in the X (former Twitter) to send a message to the minister of (Federal Supreme Court), Alexandre de Moraes, after the United States court decides that its determinations are not valid in the country.

Hello Alexandre. The other day you said I’m a criminal because I expressed the opinion that your secret orders were illegal. Today, a US Federal Court has determined that its orders are invalid. Once again, we will see ourselves in court… If you decide to attend”Wrote Pavlovski on X.

US Justice rejects STF orders

Pavlovski’s publication took place after of this 3rd (25.FEV.2025) of the North American judge . The magistrate understood that the determinations of Moraes against Rumble and the (Trump Media & Technology Group) cannot be applied in the United States. Moraes Rumble’s suspension in Brazil after the platform refused to remove the blogger profile . The company filed a lawsuit to prevent the effects of the measure and accused Moraes of censorship.

Scriven cited the Hague Convention and a mutual legal assistance treaty between the 2 countries. According to her, such agreements require specific notification for a court decision to have international validity. As this communication did not occur, the judge concluded that orders have no effect in the US.

The decision was celebrated by Pavlovski, who had already publicly challenged the Brazilian minister and that the platform would not comply with STF determinations.
