Paulo Henrique Almeida de Souza, 34, was shot while walking on public roads on Wednesday (26), on Jarbas Passarinho road, in the Chico Mendes neighborhood of Rio Branco.
According to police information, Paulo was drinking in a distributor when he decided to leave. When walking down the street, criminals arrived on a motorcycle, approached him and then the croup, armed, fired several shots. One of the shots hit his head and another, his chest. After the action, the criminals fled the scene.

Popular triggered the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu), and an advanced support ambulance was sent. However, when the paramedics arrived, they could only attest to Paulo Henrique’s death.
Military police from the 3rd Battalion were at the scene and isolated the area for the work of the criminal expertise. They then gathered information and patrolled the region in search of the perpetrators of the crime, but no one was found.
After the expertise, the body was removed and sent to the Forensic Medical Institute (IML) to perform the cadaverous examinations.
Family members told the report that Paulo suffered from psychological problems, was retired and would turn 35 tomorrow, the 27th.
The case initially follows under investigation of the Civil Police’s emergency room agents (EPE) and will later be under the responsibility of the Homicide and Protection of Persons (DHPP) Police Station.
