This creamy coffee mousse with 3 ingredients It is incredibly delicious, smooth and expressive. The aroma of coffee is not very bitter, thanks to which the dish will appeal to even younger gourmets. It does not contain eggs or gelatin, not counting the cooling time, just 15 minutes to prepare it. It will be an ideal culmination of the day in the form of a dessert or afternoon tea. You will delight all your guests during each family event. Prepare him and see for yourself.
To prepare the dessert, you will need:
- 250 ml cream 36 percent,
- 150 g of milk chocolate,
- 3 teaspoons of soluble coffee.
You can serve solo dessert, or make a version richly, i.e. decorate it with whipped cream, ice cream knob, and chopped chocolate.
In a small saucepan, heat the cream to a high temperature, but do not bring to a boil. Break the chocolate and move it to a large bowl. Pour it with cream and set aside for about 5 minutes until the pieces are dissolved. Mix until a smooth consistency is obtained. Add coffee granules and mix again to dissolve them in the mixture.
Cover the bowl with cling film and put in the fridge for at least an hour, until completely cool. Using an electric mixer with whipping tips, mix the whole until the mass becomes fluffy and medium stiff. After lifting the tip of the mixer, the vertex should fall slightly, then the mousse has an ideal consistency.
Put a coffee mousse with 3 ingredients to cups and decorate with your favorite additions, cream, ice cream, chopped chocolate, or cocoa.
