Embraer must again pay dividends in the 4th quarter of 2025. The decision is up to the board of directors, which meets in April. The information was given by the company this Thursday (27.FEV.2025), during the presentation of the results of 2024. Here (PDF – 2 MB).
The company has not paid earnings for shareholders since the end of 2018. The amount would represent 25% of annual net income.
Results of 2024
The company ended the 4th quarter of 2024 with adjusted liquid of R $ 1.093 billion, performance 3 times exceeding R $ 350.6 million from the same period of 2023. Read the full document (PDF – 2 MB).
In the accumulated 2024, Embraer reported adjusted net profit of R $ 2.6 billion, compared to the R $ 333 million recorded in 2023. Annual revenue was also record, reaching R $ 35.4 billion, a growth of 62%. In dollars, the amount reached $ 6.4 billion.
Deliver
There were 206 aircraft in 2024, 14% more than the previous year (181 units):
- Commercial Aviation: 73 Jets (47 E2 and 26 E1);
- Executive aviation: 130 jets (75 light and 55 average);
- Defense & Security: 3 KC-390 Millennium.
The request for advanced negotiations has reached a record of US $ 26.3 billion, an increase of 40% in the annual comparison.
By 2025, Embraer projects to deliver up to 240 aircraft (85 commercials and 155 executive jets, the defense & security sector was not considered), consolidating revenues of $ 7.0 billion to $ 7.5 billion.
